DR. MONIQUE J. FLOYD

Dr. Monique J. Floyd graduated in the Top 20 of her class with High Honors from Bartow Senior High  School  in 2000.  As a recipient of a Bright Future Scholarship, she attended The Florida State University and graduated in 2004 with a B.S.  in Psychology. In continuing her path of excellence, she graduated with  Honors  from Nova Southeastern University’s School  Psychology Program in 2006 with a Master’s degree and  in 2008  with a Specialist degree in School Psychology.  In 2015, Dr. Floyd earned  a  Doctorate  degree  in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.   
 
Dr. Monique J. Floyd was a classroom teacher for three years and then interned as a school psychologist in 2007-2008 for Polk County Schools.  She is certified as a School Psychologist and Teacher by the Florida Department of Education.  Dr. Floyd is the founder and owner of I Know I Can Academy Educational Solutions, LLC, which is a tutoring company.  She has been spotlighted in publications such as

She was the recipient of the Next Generation Entrepreneurial Award from the Community Economic Council in 2008. Dr.  Floyd is a mentor, motivational speaker, and benefactor of a yearly scholarship to a high school senior. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Dr. Floyd and Pastor Floyd have been married for more then 12 years. They are the parents of one daughter, Milania Monique Floyd.  Dr. Floyd’s motto is: Be a leader who leads by example.
